What is MutexBot?
MutexBot is a shared resource manager, managed entirely in Slack.

Where can I find a list of timezones?
Check here for the full list of supported timezones.
You can then apply the most appropriate one for your team with /mutex configure timezone "America/Dominica"
Can I rely on MutexBot to be available for the foreseeable future

Do you offer purchase power parity or non-profit discounts?

How do I cancel my subscription?
While logged in, you can click on 'Downgrade' in the pricing section above and we'll move you to the Free Plan. If you are above your quota of resources you will not be able to create any new resources or reservations until you have removed the extra resources.
Where is my data hosted?
MutexBot is hosted on a DigitalOcean Kubernetes Cluster in the New York (NYC3) Region. If for legal reasons you need your data to live in the EU or on-premise, shoot off an email to support@mutexbot.com, and we'll work with you to create a custom plan.
How is my card information stored?
We use Chargebee to handle subscriptions and their compliance certifications
